Refund policy

All jewellery is quality checked by our artisans, a member of our partner at Kallista, and finally from a Tamba Retail team member on arrival in Australia. From time to time however, there may be a rare fault.

Our jewellery comes with a 3 month warranty effective from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing faults and defects in materials. We will offer a repair or replacement once the item has been proven by us to be faulty. Proof of purchase is required.

This warranty does not cover loss, chain breakage, and general wear and tear. As explained on our Jewellery Care, our pieces are generally delicate and should be treated with care. General wear and tear includes tarnishing, discolouration, and fading of plated jewellery. Please be aware that scratches are not considered a manufacturing defect and as such is not covered under warranty as they occur from everyday wear.

Any repairs requested after the warranty period has expired will incur a repair and postage fee, as repairs required after this date are considered a result of general wear and tear.
